Homebuyer Orientation

During the orientation phase the prospective homebuyer meets with the Housing Counselor of Homeward Bound in a private one-on-one session.

The purpose of this meeting is to orient the homebuyer to the specifics of the process, i.e., what factors play a role in determining eligibility for various programs, options open to the homebuyer, expected timeframes of the process and more. In this individualized session the homebuyer has an opportunity to explore any questions and concerns that may have been generated after the Homebuyer Class.
